C04692 ????

I have received some seeds coming from the Asian Vegetable Research and Development Center, Taiwan

The code is C04692
and is classified as C. Chinense , origin Brazil
From the flower however they don't seem of the Chinenses
You thing thought of it?

I agree that it doesn't look like a chinense. Have you checked the chileman.org database?

It might be some of Capsicum Baccatum.var Preatermissum that plant have purple flowers that is my opinion but I might be wrong.

It's a beautiful flower! It's not C. Chinense for sure. Sort of resembles C. Eximium too.

The variety should be the one I've sent you..but I've done a mistake in writing the label

It's C04962 (Cap.Praetermissum) not C04692 ..
