CA Wildfires: Arson

Some people are wacko. A few years ago, here locally, there were witnesses that saw a white car stopping alongside a backroad stopped. they found cardboard debris where they lit a fire about ever mile for four miles. Witnesses that drove by said it was a young couple with small kids in the car and the woman was in the ditch, (they thought she was peeing but nooooo, she was starting fires!
They were arrested when the investigators found matching cardboard in the back seat.

Fricken weirdos.

We have enough problems with accidental fires. Certainly don't need any help from this idiot.

This is the closest one ever came to me at my last house. The tanker planes were flying so low that the whole house was shaking. Pretty scary

This is pretty incredible. This was a couple miles up the highway from me. Everything to the right of the fire retardant was totally scorched and to the left was all saved. Came so close to that house on the bottom too.

Shit, I just read two firefighters killed in the Carr fire two hundred miles north of me up in Redding.  :mope:
This is a quote from a Moderator on my Firewatch group:

"I have a very heavy heart this morning watching all the videos coming out of Redding. A Redding FF was killed last night as this fire swept through the Keswick Dam area. Even closer to my heart, a private dozer operator was killed yesterday. Many FFs and civilians in the hospital with burns. The scanner was hard to listen to last night as there were areas where First Responders were sheltering in place along with the people they were evacuating. Lines of cars not being able to move in traffic backups. Hundreds of homes gone and utter devastation for these people. We need to stop and say a prayer for them and all the firefighter's battling this monster. They took a big blow today and it's something you don't bounce back from! https://www.facebook.com/onfirephotos/videos/10156386106832988/UzpfSTEwMDAwMDY1Njg1OTg2OToyMzA1ODQ3NDUyNzY2MzMz/"
