I've had bragging rights lately strutting around town with my Carolina Reapers and I've been sharing with the local chefs. One in particular returned the favor with a shot of good tequila infused with some with some fresh reaper shavings. We let it sit for only 5 minutes and I told him that wasn't long enough. So I drink it down and keep the pepper pieces in my mouth to chew.
Holy cow, what a treat. My belly was warming with the tequila then the reaper kicked in. My glasses were steaming up for a solid 5 minutes, cold sweats, the works. It was awesome!
