Cajohn& the Fatalli

Is Cajohn one of the only people who use Fatalli peppers. Can anyone rec any other sauces they think are good that have alot of the fatalli taste. I'd love too hear of a sweet fruity one. But that damn fatalli tends to overwelm a dish..lol. I wonder how it would taste with something sweet?

I use them alot for all kind of things...I have a few lbs. of the powder from only two overwintered plants.
