Cajohns - El Chupacabra

So I picked up a bottle of El Chupacabra.

What a good looking sauce, a vibrant orange.

You can see all the little bits of red, yellow, black and some seeds. It's not thin, but holds together well on the plate.
I might say, it's seems a little pulpy and clings to food very well.

Ingredients: Bhut Jolokia, Scotch Bonnet, Trinidad 7 pot, Trinidad Scorpion, Trinidad Scorpion Moruga, carrots, onion, mustard, distilled vinegar, garlic, spices.

The smell of this sauce is very friuty and you smell a little carrot.

The taste is well,,,, :hot:
I can taste a little mustard and carrot, but mainly the peppers.

Good Lawd, I don't know how Cajohn makes a sauce so flavorful, Yet it will straight light you up.
