Cajohns scorpion puree!!!

I actually like it...I've used it in homemade BBQ sauces and a pot of chili so far. It's better than some other sauces I have. I'm not gonna say it's my favorite either, and I have been criticized on my opinions on food before because I'll eat just about anything. By itself it's nothing special, but it's meant to be used as an ingredient, not as a sauce. The flavors stand out a lot more when it's added to something. I have a base recipe for my BBQ sauce and add to it from there, and it's a great way to add heat and flavor. It adds what I call a "slow burn" to the sauce, a heat that simmers on the tongue for a while but never goes real crazy, so it wont scare everyone away, but someone who likes hot can appreciate it. Taste is 100% opinion, in my opinion. Just my $.02
