Calling all pepper detectives!

I've got a mystery for you!
 
I germinated two Yellow Rocoto seeds. One looks like a rocoto. Meaning it looks like this:
 

 
The second is obviously not a rocoto. The leaves look chinense. And the pod?:

Any guesses as to what my mystery rocoto is?

obviously a plant mix up because seeds look totally different no way you would have gotten those mixed up

Where did the seeds come from and were they both black or dark brown?

I got the seeds from another member, and they were indeed dark brown. I was attempting to keep good notes when planting the seeds, but the best laid planes of mice and men do often go awry.
 
I was using a chopstick to tamp the seeds into rapid rooters. Gave this up when I fond that sometimes the seed would stick to the chopstick. 
 
The only red hab-ish type thing I had on the growlist was a red scotch bonnet. That's probably it, isn't it?

That looks more like a Caribbean Red Hot habanero. Doesn't look like a Scotch Bonnet.

Any doubts, cut it open. the seeds will speak the truth.

OK, stupid question time......is it possible the seeds did come from the same plant that got pollinated from different peppers? Also, is it possible to have different seeds come from the same pod?
