Can anyone identify the problem with my plan?

Hi, I am new to this forum, and I have 4 Thai chilli plants growing at the moment. However, there is one that is not growing at the same speed as the others (perhaps even stopped growing).

The leaves started off with a purple tint (thinking it was from the indoor light "tan") but now it has turned my leaves yellowish and dis colored.

I was hoping someone could help me identify the problem and possible solution to the problem. Thank you.

Ps. I have no idea what chili plant is growing on the right side of this plant of anyone can help me identify that as well. Thank you!
 
Hard to say with certainty from the photo, but how often do you water? Plant on the right is far too small to identify.

Thank you guys for the quick reply! I water my plants every few days and keep them out in the sun for about 8hrs and about 5 hours under the light in my garage.

One of the pictures is what it started to look like in the beginning and the other is what the other 2 chili plants currently look like, which is why I am concerned of its
growth speed.

I am currently going over the Pacific Northwest Glog right now!

Maybe the photo does the plant justice because it looks OK to me. Not great but deffo not bad either! Curious... what are your temps like ATM? Still a little on the cool side?
 
Plant on the right is not a chilli.

Im in Spokane, WA at the moment and it's a nice 78-83 degrees right now. My other plants are twice its size so maybe the plant is just a weaker than the others.

And I knew something was up with the shape of the leaves.. Thank you very much!

Haha yeah, scratch the cold theory, saw your second post after I posted and came to the same conclusion. Sometimes you just plain get duds. If any fault of your own, I'm sure the other guys would be complaining too (and that they are not!). ;)
 
Hello and welcome ... Over watering is a novice mistake the saying " be cruel to be kind" works well with this issue ... make those roots work hard and always water from the bottom as it keeps the black gnats away
