Can anyone recommenda insurance company dealing in food/hot sauce?

Up till this point, i have been covered by the companies providing me with my PL sauces.
 
I am going to have an original sauce ready for my 'coming out' party at the NYC hot sauce festival in NYC in March 2014.
 
does anyone have an agent they can refer to answer a whole bunch of questions, or any company in general that you use?
 
Strangely, I have Liberty Mutual for my home and car insurance, but they don't deal in the food business.

talk to an insurance person who deals with business insurance.  Our electrical and food biz insurance is through Liberty.

I use the Hartford, and actually Wells Fargo, whom I have my business checking account with, acted as my agent and were able to get me a better price that I was able to get on my own
