I want to make a hot sauce with some frozen peppers. I was wondering if I can freeze the sauce after I make it if the peppers were already frozen or will that create a bacteria like in meat?
Exactly what he said. If you continue to freeze, thaw, then refreeze peppers you wind up with a sort of habanero milkshake. However, i'm not sure about the bacteria thing either.
