we have this bush in our garden.  anyone know what sort of pepper this is?

Bend in bud stems looks C.Frutescens.
Same with leaf shape.
I have no clue.
You have upturned and pendant pods.
Can't see Calyx....

they seem like they could be these, but these things are so hot, that my face has been burning for five hours.
 
Can't see how anything could be much hotter.  Especially if ghost peppers are supposed to be 10x hotter

Plant looks really fuzzy. And from your heat level description, I'd guess its some type of goatsweed or goatsweed cross.
