That doesn't seem to bother my neighbors any. They DO try to aim away from the houses though. Of course Florida deer are more like Great Danes wearing stilts.

Hard to get pics of them most of the time - too many trees.

Well, I did the garlic water and cinamon - one lost all but one of its leaves, and the final one is rady to drop. I hope there is enough life left in it to put out new leaves. The stem is thick enough...

I think that I am going to use large rectangular planters on the back deck for some of these - keep them away from salad loving animals..
 
The reason I ask this is because plants are more susceptible to damping off if the pH is above 7(according to my Google research). Plus peppers prefer a pH somewhere above 6 but below 7.

If you check out my "Peppercide" thread, you'll see that my plants survived. Keep at it bro
