Candy-Striped Leafhopper?

Did I I.D. these bugs correctly? Should I be worried? They don't seem to be causing much damage but I did read they eat your plant's leaves.

Yep those are leaf hoppers. you don't want em.

I concur, the lovely people on here pointed that out to me recently and I picked up some organic pesticide to kill em off.

neem oil it is! Too bad because they really are cool looking insects.
