Hello Everyone!
 
New to the forums, and though I do not grow peppers, I love to make them into a variety of hot sauces.  Done some interesting things, that a lot of friends, family, and friends of friends and family, enjoy.  My wife thinks I should find out what it takes to sell this stuff.
 
So I come to this lovely place to learn more about making hot sauces, more about various pepper qualities and eccentricities, and the way of the hot sauce business.
 
Any information is greatly appreciated, especially prior experiences.

The forum you'll probably want to explore is Hot Sauce Making.... One of the most helpful members here,salsalady, (Everybody calls her SL.), will usually reply to inquiries within a day or two. Try the search feature at the top right corner of the different forums by putting in a single keyword.
