The wife and I went to eat at the Indian Oven here yesterday and I took several of the small red ones. The top group center. Jesse the owner came back from the kitchen with a big smile and said the cook wanted to know if I was sure about using them. I looked back at the window into the kitchen and saw this dude with water running from his eyes. I said yes ... but spread them among the various dishes we ordered . More in the chicken ... less in the okra and other things. The chef also sent out some nice yogurt with mint. He told Jesse we were going to need it ! He was more or less right. It was HOT but very nice.
I don't know if I grouped the peppers right , but put them together as I thought they should be .
