Cap cramps are the worst. It's the reason I'm afraid to eat supers. Give me all the mouth/throat burn you want but that gut rot is just down right brutal.

dude that was one painful review the gut and back of the throat is the worst for me.. gums and mouth are use to heat.. gut burn and cramps are terrible
