Your pods from this year look like some kind of red Habanero, while the ones from last year have more of a Moruga or other Scorpion shape to my eyes. Very hard to specify a variety though, since those are both fairly common chinense phenotypes. Neither is really what I would expect from a Reaper, though. Since you say you grew this year's pods from last year's seeds, I am thinking that there could be an accidental cross involved. Either the bees cross-pollinated them in your garden last year, or the original seeds were already crossed when you got them. That is why it is best to get your seeds from a trustworthy source. So my opinion is no, those are likely not Reapers. But that is just my opinion.
