Cayenne pepper variety question

I just want to say this community rules!  I asked a broad question (I didn't know how broad), got lots of great feedback, and then two people offered up seeds for me to try.  I just want to say thanks to everyone here.  Next year, I'm definitely going to start saving seeds and returning the favor.

Not to hijack this fine thread but since cayennes are one of my favorites what are folks thoughts on best tasting cayennes with heat not being a deciding factor?

You may want to try the ristra cayenne.  I grew it a few years and really enjoyed the flavor.  I don't think it was any hotter than the standard cayenne, but they are 2-3 times larger.
