There may be some truth to this: capsaicin, being a vasodilator, would probably quickly reduce blood pressure. However, there are different kinds of "heart attack"... for example, angina pectoris patients might benefit from one medication/treatment, but another type of "heart attack" might require different medicine/treatment.
