CFL question

My little cabinet is 1'x1'x 3' tall. The top of the plants are 5" away from
2x6500k 23watt cfl
2x5000k 23watt cfl

Is that enough light for them?

1600x4=5,600. But that's in a square foot. And the lights are only 5" from the plants, so that should equal more than 10,000 lux. I had good luck last year with only 3,300 lux.

I think Mike is right, right about 5600-6000 lumens.
