Changing Light Cycles to induce or help flowering

There was some thread a few weeks back with some kid talking about doing it.The title had something to do with would I die by eating capsaicin crystals or something like that

I remember that thread. I read it and thought to myself, "huh, Darwin was onto something".

I was hoping no one would respond intelligently to it and just say yeah go ahead and video it! That thread seemed to have gone by the wayside... Wonder if someone died...
