Chat's been a bit Funky, and not the good type of funky.

The past few days the chat has been a bit out of whack. It says there are 4 users in the room, and when I try to enter it says,

"[background=rgb(233, 216, 193)]The IP.Chat room limit has been reached. You will not be able to join the chat room until some users first leave"[/background]
I tried clearing my cache and cookies and got no results.... Hrmmmm I remember times when 10 people were in the chat at once. What's going on?
