Saw a few Interesting recipes here that inspired a weekend of sauce making. I made super sweet cherry tomato paste to make BBQ sauce with aji crystal, Cleo's dragon habs, datils, naga morich, barrackpore, and brainstrain. Also added Jack Daniels, mustard, soy sauce, and dr.pepper. It's been 2 days and I'm down to 2 jars of BBQ, also gave one away for a party next door before the picture.
