Chile heads in South East Wisconsin

It's that time of year here in Wisconsin, where it's too cold for outdoor growing, and too soon to germinate anything.
Do we have any pepper enthusiasts down here that would like to meet and trade stories, seeds, growing tips, get a pizza etc?

Oohhh, it's never too late or too early to germinate anything!

Do it, just one. Let it grow. Have fun, watch it get too big too soon, a little panic in the middle of winter can make the cold days warmer
