Whenever I visit Adelaide (usually once or twice per year) I try to visit Chile Mojo in Adelaide (225b The Parade, Norwood SA). Proprietor is Joel; he's a keen chillie Head and is knowledgable about growing and cooking with Chillies.
They have a great, large range of sauces (heat graded to help you choose), some seeds, good range of chilli plants, extracts and essences (some of these are rated >200 (on the 1 to 10 scale), clothing etc.
We don't have anything like this in Brisbane as far as I'm aware. Many of the sauces are imports from various US makers and I haven't seen these available elsewhere.
