vendor Chilhuacle Negro seed vendor?

Does anyone know of a reputable vendor for Chilhuacle Negro seeds? 

Seeds from Pepperlover this year had 0% germination.   So I need a new vendor.

I've bought from all three places and would recommend Tradewinds, personally.  Also happens to be the cheapest!

Just reporting back that I'm trying again for 2022 with Chilhuacle negro. I've acquired a fair number of seats from super hot and adaptive. Hoping to finally succeed.

Obviously I meant I acquired a fair number of seeds, not seats. Voice typing assistants deserve what they are paid.
