APPLE VALLEY — The Rotary Club of Apple Valley will host the 6th annual Wannatouchama Chili regional cook-off Saturday at Lions Park. More than 40 professional cooks will compete and the winner will qualify for the 2008 World Championship.

this is hallarious cookin chili for 6 years there is no secret to what a chili judge wants. how can you tell what 12 different people like or want in there chili??? last week i hit 7th place (tied 4 ways for 4th) and i looked at my scores. i got 10's 9's and then a 4 that was the one judge that knocked me out of contention for top 3.
