aphids!!! i used a mild soap solution with some oil and alcohol mixture.the plant dropped almost 90% of its leave after its last harvest. anyway there are plenty of new shoots sprouting out now. :)

Aphids are what cause that? Wow. That goes to show that I have a lot to learn. I've been thinking that birds were eating my leaves. I expect I need to learn to combat that.

Aphids were attacking all the new shoots and flowers. i sprayed them with soap solution mix. it killed them but also all my leaves turned yellow. i guess the soap solution had become thick /concentrate because it was a month old soap solution.

anyway now all the leaves have started growing back. new shoots.
will post a new update soon .
