food-bev Chili on the new cooktops

These are the new gold nuwaves with the larger improved cooking surfaces. I have some large pots so I upgraded to these larger units. I just made some chili on them and it was really nice because nothing splatted for the 2 hours I cooked the chili. All the peppers, onion, garlic, oregano are from the garden along with some pepper powder I made this week. Here are the players for the chili.

Very cool. I'm going to have to check out those cooktops. Have you used them for hot sauce yet? I like to cook on our gas range in the kitchen, but one of these outside (or in the garage) would save the house from inevitable fumigations.
