Is there alot of recepies in The Chili-lover's Cookbook? Any good ones?

I was thinking about the very same thing when I saw your post. I did check out my library and found nothing about peppers but spent three hours reading about general gardening. I think I will have to piece together some info, a book about diseases, about botany etc and perhaps take classes at a local college to learn more.

The Dave Dewitt books are old and outdated, some interesting reading on the history of chilli's though but that's about it. He likes to push his recipes.

I bought Hydroponic Capsicum Production - by Dr Lynette Morgan
not too bad but It didn't go into enough depth I thought
