They will need to be hardened off, meaning they need a shady are with no direct sun for about a week. Then move them to an area with partial sun for a week before moving to full sun.

Honesty your bug mistake was germinating then all in the same pot and having to seperated them after.

Thank you @Justosmo, When they were all together they were already in sun for about a week that might have hardened them. Now i have move to individual pot, should i need to wait for a week in shade? What should or could be possible signs of them going back to sun? Any way to determine when they are good to go in sun?

If you need smaller starting containers in the future some cheap, easy options are styrofoam cups with soil or peat pellets in a tray.

If they were already outdoors in full sun, they should be good to go. If they were in partial sun you should increase gradually to full sun. I don't think moving them into the shade will save the damaged plants.

I would keep them in shade for several days, because you damaged the root system when transplanting them. Mist them occasionally to help keep them from wilting.

just be warned if they are not hardened off they will all get sun burned. I hardened mine off for three weeks before they saw the sun without a shade cloth.
