Hey there everybody. I'm a food lover and a chillihead from Turkey. I like making hot sauces, salsas with any kind of chilli I can get my hands onto. I also enjoy cooking mexican food like moles and stews using different mexican chillies.
I've been thinking about growing my own chillies for a long time because the selection here is very limited but I didn't have the courage to do so. You see, I don't exactly have a green thumb. I've been getting a lot of useful info from this forum and other places. The posts and the level of support between members on this forum has eventually encouraged me to at least give it a try. We'll see what happens.
