Is there any reputable places I can buy chocolate bhutlah seeds besides puckerbutt?  I know it's probably not the same strain but I am fine with that.

The end agreement says I can't reproduce the seed, which plants do naturally.  I'm not even allowed to give someone a plant without express written consent.  
 
Yea, Jim has about 3-4 forms of seeds available right now. The "Chad" type is the best producer and now he has a giant type that is really bumpy. If you already see what others just got in from the butt people, you will see they got smooth, boring looking pods.
