Chocolate Habanero Sauce

Any suggestions on what would taste awesome with chocolate habs? To make a good hot sauce that is.

Best thing that I have made in the sauce family with them so far was a Cherry BBQ sauce.  It was sweet, spicey, smokey and earthy.  Ive used them for allot of other things but I think that was my best sauce type product with them so far.
 
I am not good at imagining how sauces, and flavors taste together though and make them more by trial and error... Mostly error.

 My man Stickman just sent me this sauce. It is amazing. I highly recommend you try to duplicate. He puts the recipe if you keep reading the thread.

Smoke those bad boys over some apple or cherry wood and then sauce them up with some onion, carrots and romas
