I have some yellow cayenne's, from the seeds you sent me, that are just about ready to pick.  I can't wait to taste them, I am a big fan of the red cayenne.  Did you notice any difference in taste?

yes, the gold is a little hotter to me and taste better. I dehydrate both, grind in a coffee grinder together. It makes bright orange powder and I put it on everything!
 
harvested some more peppers yesterday....
 

 
saved some tequila sunrise seeds(sweet); anybody want some? "the orange ones"
 

 
got to make my first batch of salsa....
 

 

 

 

 

 

 
add 1/2tbsp allspice....
 

 

 
1 tbsp seas salt....
 

 
2 tbsp brown sugar....
 

 
no fresh garlic, so, 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder....
 

 
heat to a boil....to what ever consistancy you like....
 

 
then let cool!
 
i will be back when cooled, to try it out. this was a trial run!

if you got the seeds from me, then, it's probably crossed with aji amarillo 
 
and, if you got the seeds from me, would you let one ripen and save the seeds for me!... jk....though i would like a giant yellow cayenne amarillo!
