Smitty, I have those from LunchBox too. My favorite in this batch are the Red Savinas, Fatali and Congo.
savinas and congos are GREAT diced up and put in burgers. The others I can only do a bite here and there, but damn they are good. Not just face melting heat, but tasty too...just in moderation. The dude grows awesome peppers.
