Down here in Tucson, I'm still picking about 1 sfrb worth of pods per week, and nearly all of my plants have multiple pods that continue to ripen..
 
Heck, some of the SW annums are even spitting out the odd flower!
 
This time of the year, I just enjoy the climate and try to pretend that June was a bad dream.
