Nice roast, I was way too lazy to take professional pictures before the feast happened. We did a bone-in standing roast for adults and beer can chicken for kids.

Oh Man!  Those look good!   Hubby wanted Ham for Christmas, so that's what we did.  But I'm thinking it's gonna have to be Roast Beast for New years!!!  YUM!
