Clear vs red solo cups

I've got some side-by-side comparisons. when I get home I'll post some pics. I don't see any difference between the two. I'm about a week into hardening them and they'll be in the ground by thursday.

middle ones are jalapeno, 10 is a bell pepper, and 4 is a "toluca red"...kinda like an Anaheim that dad brought seeds from Toluca, Mexico.
 
setting a clear in a red and leaving one out for awhile then remove the red cup form the one and compare them to really see the difference in the roots.
