My first pepper auction kinda reminded me of the many gun auctions I attend in Az. You get a few people that really really really want that gun and bid according till one is King of the mountain when they could have gone to a gun shop and bought the same weapon for less brandy new . Vanity is a strange bed fellow . I guess I'm to Frugal , but, I'll be in there bidding right next to you . DE OPPRESSO LIBER

I always try to have some whole and sliced chiles (lots of varieties) in baggies in the freezer. Super easy way to spice up any dish, and fun way to get to know the different chile flavors with different foods.
My latest addiction - 7 pots with chorizo or bulk sausage......too yuuuuuum!
