COB light at costco.

Saw these today, looks like a great price, heavy duty casing.

I've built 3 x 30W DIY LED COB fan cooled lights for under $40.00.... But I realize that's not for everyone.

I'm not sure how long those work lights are meant to run and how long they would last if they were allowed to get hot.

theyre round, so they look like CREE, Citizen, or Vero cobs. so they are very efficient depending on the generation of chip. but you can built it yourself for so much cheaper than buying a bunch of those with under powered chips.

I suspended the handle of this light from a cardboard tube above my Plumerias a month ago in my garage.  The combination of the warmer temperatures and this light brought the Plumeria out of hybernation.

The light was plugged in the whole time, and stayed pretty bright, but the battery drained all the way while plugged in.  The light never overheated or had any issues other than the battery drain.

This worked for about a month and I finally put the plants outside when the weather warmed up.

This light also comes with a usb plug so if you want to run a usb fan for ventilation or some other usb device, you won't need a usb power supply.
