New batch started yesterday.
 
Coffee, Yaki Blue Fawn, Org Sugar.
Soaked the YBF in Natural vinegar to make sure no nasties attached.
3L water.

I took a lick and its hot, Habanero level.
Probably another month, the temp is not consistent, 15-24c so its not a quick favorable temp level but then Id rather it be slow then quick so the material get metabolized. I did strain it yesterday. Once is done then let age for six months, get smooth with age like wine lol
