hot-sauce Colon Cleaner Hot Sauce

If you don't have Keens mustard, this is a great substitute. This mustard based sauce has some great heat from the Scotch Bonnets, but very little nasal clearing effects that you find with hot mustards. It is also on the chalky side as far as mustard goes, but seeing as I buy Keens powder and make my own, I don't mind, I usually make my mustard alittle more to the dry side.
It works great with anything you may add Dijon to, like salad dressings, BBQ sauces...ect.

Heat level should be around a 6-7

I really loved this sauce, it has moderate heat, 6 out of 10.
It's a sweet heat at that, but what I love most about it is the fact that its a mustard.
I'm getting to be a chili head on my own right, and I like to have sauces that can go on anything, and sauces that can be used with specific things.
This one is amazing on footlongs and hamburgers, sausages and anything else you can think of.
It's high in flavour, and like Chris said, it doesn't mess with your nose.
