Comin' to you hot from Arizona!

Hey, all!
 
My name is Austin, 19 and residing in the northern parts of Arizona.
 
I'm new to the chili-head experience, but I've been exposed to super hots for a couple years now thanks to my father.
He started growing in California 2015 or so, and I absolutely refused to be near any peppers -- I thought I was allergic to them. I honestly believed I couldn't eat a bell pepper, and banana peppers caused vomiting.
 
Fast-forward, early 2017 I move to Arizona to go to college and am residing with my parents. One day, I tried some dehydrated and ground Bhut Jolokia flakes and realized I have quite the tolerance to some peppers.
 
Currently, I'm the co-pepper-tester with any peppers grown at home or ordered online. Just today, for a college class, I ate an entire Carolina Reaper and survived! If that doesn't mark progression, then I don't know what will!
