Hi all,

I'm just starting to pick my seeds and start my growing process for the year. Since not everyone in my family enjoys superhots I was looking for some good vendors that carry a wide assortment of common types of pepper and not just hot. I'm looking for hot & sweet banana, serrano, thai chilies, etc.

Any direction would be much appreciated.

I already have a mock order with her but she doesn't carry any of the others I'm looking - sweet banana, thai, serrano...

Check Trade Winds Fruits (www.tradewindsfruitstore.com). They have ton of the more 'common' varieties as well as some of the more interesting ones. Seed packs are fairly loaded too.

Most of this you can buy off a rack at a local nursery or home store. The Thais might be challenging to find. Online sources are abundant though and all those mentioned above are great as well as Chili Pepper Institute.

I haven't had good experience with tradewinds.. I bought some red bhuts and yellow scotch bonnets from them, and they were both milder than a jalapeno..
