Consensus on favorite peppers for hot sauce?

What varieties of hot peppers are your favorite for hot sauce? I know its a generic/general question... But Im just getting into hot sauces and am growing Serranos, Cayenne, Jalapenos, Hot Portugals, De Arbols, Pequin, Tunisian Baklouti, and Aji Crystals... Its a lot of work to say the least.

I would like to narrow this list down to a few less varieties if some of you guys have favorite sauces or some ideas. I know its all personal preference... but I would like some advice and ideas...

If i had a choice it would be yellow 7's.
Fine choice, Yellow 7 Pots.....I just finished making gallon and 1/2 of Yellow 7 sauce.....though I did cheat a bit and use 2 oz's of Yellow Mix Chinense flakes to back up the 20 yellow 7 pots.Next time I will shoot for 40 fresh pods...

Most anticipated "next peppers for sauce"this year...white bullet/white lightning habs(low germ. rates-ended up with 4 out of 18 here, this may be a ways off as these are little peppers to boot);Datils

The peppers that started it all for me....Orange habs,Yellow Scotch Bonnets.
