food Cooking a Beef Spencer Roast

Yeah, I'll think twice before trying a BOGO on a cut of meat I've never tried before. Like I said, the meat itself was tender, moist, flavorful, what little there was of it. I will try the same ingredients on another cut though - quite tasty!

PS - Oh yeah, and that's the main reason I'm just not inclined to take or post pics of this one.....
