bottles-bottling Cool Bottle Identification

This is a bit of a long shot, but I was wondering if anyone may be familiar with this particular bottle and know where one may purchase it?    I spoke with the owner of it and apparently it was a gift he'd gotten.   Sorry for the size of the photo; I simply linked to the original image and wasn't sure how to reduce the size of it.

Do you need the cork top?
 
Screw would be better for hot sauce and in that case, go with a maple syrup bottle like this:
