co-packer Copack small batch normal prices

Talking to a grocery down / diner down the street.  Our business is tiny, but we have some very good customers and I would like to send them holiday gifts.  But do not want to waste the copackers time if there is no way I can afford to have them make them. I am curious to know if someone has insight into pricing copacking small batches of hot sauce.

It would be a once a year thing, unique label each time, small batch, all the things I figure probably make it cost too much.  So looking for ideas other than hot sauce as well.  A card just seems too much like my insurance company or bank.

Do copackers do powders?  That would ship cheap.

How many gifts are you thinking of?  12? 50? 200?

Most co-packers won't even talk to you for less than 20-40 gallons which would be 40-80 cases of hot sauce.  I think you could do some kind of homemade product, make sure they know it's homemeade, they can choose to use it or not.  Maybe use canning jars and pressure can or BWB sauces if you don't feel comfortable doing woozies.  I think pepper powders are fine to make and gift.
