Corn Pudding
4 cups creamed corn (canned)
2 cups corn niblets (canned, drained)
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup cream
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon (or cayenne)
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients, except sugar, cinnamon, cayenne, and pour into greased 9 by 12 inch casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes. Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon (or cayenne) mixture on top. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes more.
